About the project :-
The school had prepared the new school vegetable garden and were awaiting our arrival with the hundreds of packets of vegetable seeds which had very kindly been donated by Mark and Liz of Gotherington Nurseries. The vegetables grown will supplement the school dinners which are provided for the children and which consist of mainly rice.

December 2009 - The seeds of the future have been sown
During our December visit the seeds of the veggie garden were planted. As you can see from the picture to the left, the ground was very nicely prepared ready for planting.
